The event is open to all girls age 10 years and above. No prior programming knowledge is required. We, a group of 23 high school students from FRC Team #8235 Beyond the Flames are here to pioneer the next generation of girls in tech!!! Join us on the 22nd of November 2020 from 2pm to 5pm for a FREE course (which will be done virtually) on an introduction to python programming. Participants will be able to program and test out a simple calculator made entirely from python. Also, listen to guest speakers from edooism and DBS speak about STEM and why it is so important for girls to enter the field of STEM and Robotics. The event is open for all girls above the age of 10 and no prior programming knowledge is required for the course.
