Rachana is a professionally trained coach from the Coach For Life Institute, USA, and she leverages their coaching methodologies to help people achieve their professional and personal potential. Her coaching style is supportive and collaborative, and draws on her deep listening skills, coupled with an insightful questioning approach. She has had several years’ experience in working with young adults. Her experience in working with youth from their teenage years onwards puts her in a unique position to understand and connect with life issues that they may be grappling with. Her easy going, non-judgemental style allows her clients to express themselves freely and be a partner in finding their own solutions.
