If our thoughts are to always find faults in someone, or catch someone for small things, we will do only that and when something is said, we will react with our expressions and the tones of our voices. These reflect our attitudes to life and people.

They reflect our thoughts. Isn’t that so powerful?
Therefore it’s important to control our immediate reactions by being thoughtful and compassionate. If we can’t do that we must find our sense of humour at that point and take things with a bag of salt !!
