Teachers are like the conductors of a symphony orchestra….We do not need to compose the music each time, we do not need to design the instruments. We needn’t decide which instruments will play in the orchestra pit. It is our job to lead a group of children and bring out the best in each musician so that the group can immerse themselves in their learning. We need to bring the team together and enhance the skills of each one equally so they can perform as one big happy team. It shows well on us as part of their team. Kudos to teachers who have happy kids in their classroom
